Circle Family Health Care Network is teaming up with Austin Weekly News and State Representative La Shawn K. Ford to hold the first annual West Side Heart & Sole Family 5k Run/2 Mile Walk on Saturday August 25th, 2012. This race, celebrating Mind, Body and Spirit, will kick off at La Follette Park, 1333 N. Laramie in Chicago, and ends at Award Ceremony at Circle Family Health Care Network Annual Health Fair at 4909 W. Division St.
